There are times, too, that we meet celebrities. Recently we were introduced
to Brian Mallon who portrayed General Hancock in the movie GETTYSBURG. Here he
is with Cpl. George Wright at the Gettysburg 137th Annual Reenactment - 2000.

The 98th holds a living history at Historic Montgomery Cemetery to promote
the cemetery and to raise funds for its upkeep. View the pages from the

In April of 2001 the 98th PVI participated in the 2nd Annual Living History
at the Daniel Lady farm in Gettysburg. At this event we presented State Rep. Harry Readshaw
with a check for $500 towards the monument restoration program that he developed.

The 98th held it's 3rd Annual Living History at Historic Montgomery
Cemetery. This year the 98th PVI was able to raise $250.00 towards the restoration
of this historic cemetery. The Times Herald published the following photos of the event..

At the 2002 Gettysburg 139th Annual Reenacment we were introduced
to Patrick Fairaday who portrayed General A.P. Hill in the movie GODS AND GENERALS.
With him is Lt. George Wright.

Recent General Meade (aka Andy Waskie) and Cpl. Mike Peter (98th PVI) visited the Bucks
County Vocational School to talk about the Civil War. Following is the article as
